• Formulation development of stable and robust formulation for NCE, generic and 505 (b)(2) of Oral solid dosage form.
• Execution and Planning of day-to-day lab trials, monitor technical issue and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and review formulation development protocols, technology transfer dossiers, and technical reports required for product submission.
• Literature search for new idea generation for Formulation development of NCE, generic and 505(b)(2) products.
• Co-ordination and involvement in scale up and exhibit batches.
• Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure smooth transition of Product.

Consultancy Role: Provide expert advice to the organization and it’s managers on any aspect of workforce management and employee relations and performance.

Service Role: Ensure the organization is fully aware of and is equipped to deal with developments impacting employment matters, such as changes in legislation, changes in the characteristics of the labor market.
