Job Description
Cosma is a next-generation femtech company revolutionizing women’s health through non-hormonal, minimally invasive, and science-backed therapeutics. We’re developing breakthrough solutions that address fertility, cycle health, and overall well-being, starting with our flagship product for ovulation support and endometrial receptivity.
As a Founder’s Office Intern, you’ll work closely with the founder and leadership team, gaining exposure to multiple facets of an early-stage healthcare startup and directly contributing to strategic and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support: Assist the founder in research, market intelligence, investor materials, and competitive benchmarking.
- Project Management: Coordinate and track cross-functional projects across R&D, product, marketing, and business development.
- Operations: Support in streamlining internal systems, documentation, and reporting.
- Investor Relations: Help prepare pitch decks, data rooms, and progress updates for investors and partners.
- Content & Communication: Draft content for internal and external communication—blogs, product notes, updates, and thought leadership.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct scientific, regulatory, and market research to support product development and go-to-market plans.
- Meeting Preparation: Assist with note-taking, follow-ups, and agenda setting for high-level meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Undergraduate or graduate students in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- High ownership, curiosity, and adaptability.
- Prior startup or healthcare/femtech experience is a plus, but not required.
