🎓 Education: M.Sc. in Bioinformatics or Biotechnology
💰 CTC: ₹3 – 5 LPA

What we want you to do
● Perform manual and semi-automated curation of clinical, genomic, and multi-omics datasets
● Annotate genes, variants, pathways, and phenotypes using public databases and controlled vocabularies
● Standardize nomenclature and ensure data consistency and integrity across systems. Extract and validate relevant data from scientific literature and structured databases.
●Maintain high-quality documentation following internal SOPs and QA/QC protocols. Support variant interpretation and gene prioritization workflows
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate curated data into bioinformatics pipelines and products

What are we looking in you
● Strong foundational knowledge of molecular genetics, genomics, and pharmacogenomics.
● Familiarity with tools and databases like ClinVar, dbSNP, Ensembl, HGNC, OMIM, HPO, etc.
● Experience (academic or professional) with variant annotation platforms.
● Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
● Comfortable working in Linux-based environments.
● Excellent attention to detail and a disciplined approach to scientific data. ● Ability to extract data using APIs, web scraping, or other automated tools.
● M.Sc. in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Genetics, or a related life sciences field.
● Freshers are welcome, but candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in genetics or genomics will be preferred
