Hiring Machine Learning Intern

Job Description

Are you curious about how machine learning and biology come together to shape the future of food? We’re looking for an intern who’s excited to apply Python, statistics, and ML to solve real-world problems in cultivated seafood research.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team developing models that sustainably and intelligently improve how we cultivate seafood.

What You’ll Do

Build and test machine learning models for biological datasets

Write, debug, and maintain Python scripts

Process and organize scientific data for modeling

Create data visualizations using Python libraries

What We’re Looking For

Strong skills in Python programming

Comfortable working in a Linux environment

Good foundation in statistics and mathematical modeling

Basic understanding of ML applications in biology

Enthusiasm for learning and solving problems independently

Internship Details

Role: Machine Learning Intern

Compensation: Paid; finalized at the time of joining

Location: Remote for 6 months (with some possible travel to Bangalore office once a month).

Start Date: July 1, 2025

Duration: 6 months with a possibility of full-time role
