Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Program Manager.
The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and evaluation of various programs designed to equip youth with essential skills and competencies for the jobs of tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the planning, implementation, and evaluation of 1M1B programs in alignment with the organization’s mission and objectives.
● Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful program delivery.
● Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive program effectiveness and impact.
● Oversee budget management, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial accountability throughout program execution.
● Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
● Monitor program performance metrics, track progress towards goals, and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
● Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure program outcomes and identify areas for improvement on a regular basis.
● Work on showcasing 1M1B as a brand by developing strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition.
● Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to youth empowerment and skill development.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public policy, social work, rural development or fellowships in the social impact space preferred.
● Proven experience in program management, preferably in the non-profit sector or youth development field.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
● Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
● Passion for youth empowerment, social impact, and global development initiatives.
● Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, as required.

Remuneration: According to industry standards and experience.
