We’re seeking a Junior Research Scientist to join our interdisciplinary team, combining hands-on molecular biology work with bioinformatics pipeline development and execution.

🔧 Your Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct molecular biology experiments: DNA/RNA extraction, NGS library preparation
• Operate and maintain bioinformatics pipelines for NGS data analysis
• Use tools like FastQC, BWA, Bowtie2, SAMtools, GATK, and bcftools
• Assist in developing custom scripts (Python/R/Bash) to improve automation and efficiency
• Collaborate on ongoing genomics projects in reproductive genetics, oncology, and microbiome studies
• Document experimental workflows, pipeline updates, and project results clearly

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• M.Sc./M.Tech in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Genetics, or Molecular Biology
• Solid foundation in NGS data analysis
• Familiarity with command-line tools and scripting (Python, R, or Bash)
• Experience in a molecular biology lab environment
• Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
