About the Role:
We seek a dynamic Lab Manager to oversee laboratory operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for precision, quality, and team leadership, along with a deep understanding of NABH standards.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily lab operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation.
– Supervise instrument calibration and quality control processes.
– Maintain NABH documentation for compliance.
– Schedule and oversee technicians to optimize performance.
– Generate detailed performance and quality reports.
– Train and guide junior staff for a collaborative team environment.
– Monitor lab supplies inventory for uninterrupted operations.
– Collaborate with scientists to support projects and troubleshoot technical issues.
– Implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
– Enforce safety protocols and biohazard handling procedures.

What We’re Looking For:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s in Laboratory Technology or related field.
– 5+ years of experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
– Proficiency in NABH compliance and lab documentation.
– Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Technical Skills:
– Proficient in Windows OS (2000–10).
– Skilled in MS Office, Outlook, report generation, and documentation management.
