Role Overview:
The Incubation Centre is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Incubation & Operations
Manager to oversee the Centre’s day-to-day infrastructure, manage vendor relationships, and lead
public relations activities. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, maintain high
standards in facility management, streamline vendor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management
- Oversee the maintenance, safety, and optimal functioning of all physical and digital
infrastructure within the Incubation Centre. - Infrastructure management of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire safety systems
- Plan and execute facility upgrades and expansions in coordination with relevant
stakeholders.
Vendor Management - Identify, onboard, and manage external / internal vendors for services including facility
maintenance, IT support, housekeeping, security, supplies, and technical equipment. - Develop service level agreements, monitor performance, and ensure cost-effective and
high-quality service delivery. - Maintain detailed vendor records, contracts, and payment schedules.
- Maintenance of Clear documentation of selection and execution of work assigned to the
vendors.
Public Relations & Communication - Outreach and startup onboarding and mentoring activities.
- Closely work with ELCITA and implement their guidelines accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (like police, fire & legal
services) - Administration of “Beyond Bengaluru” intiative.
Qualifications: - PhD in Life Sciences or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations
Management, Engineering, Public Relations, or a related field. - Min 5 years of experience in operations or facilities management, preferably in an
innovation ecosystem, incubator, or research park. - Demonstrated experience in vendor negotiation, infrastructure coordination, and
stakeholder communication. - Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, basic project management tools.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
