Job Description

🚨 I’m looking for a scientist to join my lab at the University of Buffalo, [currently funded by a 5-year NIH award].

The position is at the Postdoctoral Associate level (PhD training required).
The candidate must have experience in at least one of the following skill sets:

🔹scRNA-seq bioinformatics: Strong R/ Python skills. Experience with GEO/SRA, Clustering, differential expression, and trajectory analysis.

🔹 In vitro immunology: T cells/DCs (human or mouse), Co-culture systems, peptide stimulation, and proliferation assays. Desirable: experience with TCR cloning/electroporation.

🔹 Imaging & histology: QuPath, Ilastik, Python-based analysis.
Tissue processing, H&E, IHC, IF, Spatial annotation, and image quantification.
