Postdoctoral Fellows in Medicinal Chemistry

Job Description

We are inviting applications for two postdoctoral positions under the prestigious ANRF National Postdoctoral Fellowship to join our innovative research team at LNPMC.
🔬 Project Focus:
Discovery and development of novel small-molecule degraders and inhibitors targeting respiratory illnesses and related diseases.
🧪 Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Ph.D. in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry
✅ Proven expertise in multi-step organic synthesis and compound characterization
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
🔍 Background in biology, biochemistry, or pharmacology is a plus, but not mandatory
👨‍🔬 Key Responsibilities:
Design and synthesis of novel small molecules
Collaborative research with interdisciplinary team members
Active participation in data analysis and manuscript preparation
💰 Fellowship Benefits:
Monthly Stipend: ₹80,000
Annual Research Grant + Overheads: ₹3,00,000
