CuraTeQ Biologics, Hyderabad is looking to fill positions for research associates or senior research associates in cell line development.
Key Responsibilities:
– Preparation of buffers and reagents
– Cloning and plasmid preparation for monoclonal antibody expression
– Culturing and maintaining CHO cell lines, transfection, screening, and fed batch evaluation
– Cell bank preparation
– Compliance with GLP and GDP standards, along with contemporaneous data management
