The Ganesha Lab, a leading sciences venture catalyst, is looking for a Venture Capital Analyst to join our international team. If you’re passionate about science, startups, and global impact — this role is for you.
We’re looking for someone with:
🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience in a Venture Capital role, preferably with biotech exposure
– or – a biotech entrepreneur who has successfully raised at least 2 VC rounds
🔹 Solid biotech background (academic or work-related)
🔹 Based in Latin America (with a preference for Uruguay, Argentina, or Chile)
🔹 International mindset & fluency in English
🔹 Knowledge of AI in health/life sciences is a strong plus
