WALK-IN INTERVIEW
FOR ZYDUS LIFESCIENCES LIMITED
Downstream and Purification (DSP)
Experience in handling classical fermentation downstream purification.
Readiness and operation of DSP equipment’s (Reactors, Centrifuges, Press Filter, ANF, Nano filtration, VTD, Isolator, Prep HPLC, Lyophilizer), associated vessels and utilities.
Monitoring of all activities related to DSP Process like: Batch harvesting, Extraction, Filtration, Chromatography, Distillation, Crystallization, Prep purification, Lyophilization, drying, stability,etc.
Manufacturing process monitoring and continuous process verification.
Identification of manufacturing process improvement opportunities and implementation of process improvements Analytical
Experience in analysis of classical fermentation-based products.
Readiness and operation of Analytical instruments in Pilot Plant.
Analysis and Monitoring of all activities related to Raw material and packing material, Upstream (USP) and downstream (DSP) samples,
Crude and final API as per approved Spec & STP.
Manufacturing process analysis and continuous process verification.
Involve in discrepancy management (deviation/OOS investigation) and change management.
