We’re Hiring | Manager / Sr. Manager – Quality Control (Bioanalytical Lab)

Job Description

📍 Department: QC – Bioanalytical Laboratory
🏢 Industry: Biotechnology
Join a high-performing Quality Control team dedicated to ensuring scientific excellence and regulatory compliance in a cutting-edge bioanalytical environment.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and supervise QC functions with a focus on timely testing and CoA release
✅ Support the QC Head in implementing and streamlining lab operations
✅ Review and author critical documents: SOPs, STPs, protocols, reports
✅ Drive cGMP compliance and quality culture across the QC lab
✅ Handle deviations, OOS investigations, and CAPAs
✅ Maintain and calibrate bioanalytical instruments to ensure data integrity
✅ Actively support internal/external audits and analytical method transfers
✅ Review bioanalytical and microbiological tech transfer documentation
🧪 Technical Expertise:
🔹 Hands-on with cell-based assays, ELISA, PCR/qPCR/ddPCR, FACS, and cytotoxicity testing
🔹 Experience in mammalian cell culture, MCB/WCB prep, and qualification is a plus
🎓 Qualifications:
🎓 Master’s or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field
🧬 8–10 years of experience in a QC Bioanalytical Lab within the biopharma industry
