Are you passionate about peptide synthesis and ready to lead a cutting-edge research team?

Hikal Ltd. is looking for an experienced scientist to join our Research & Technology Centre in Pune as a Team Leader – Peptide Chemistry. If you have 8–12 years of experience in peptide synthesis and scale-up, and a strong track record in delivering complex peptide projects, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll lead a team focused on peptide synthesis, design and optimise complex peptides, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive customer projects end-to-end.

We’re seeking candidates with a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry (post-doc preferred), from reputed institutions in India or abroad, and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in peptide scale-up.
